Well-known for being an incredibly spacious sailboat, this Catalina 36 has been optimised for solo sailing, having been single-handed for 3,000nm in the previous two years between the US and the Caribbean (from Cayman Islands to the Leeward Islands all the way down to Grenada).

In the two years prior, 'Barefoot 2' was sailed 4,000nm from the US to Cayman Islands by her previous owners, a couple. 'Barefoot 2' is currently registered in Delaware.

The navigation station is at the foot of the companionway ladder on the starboard side

'Barefoot 2' is in top turn-key condition, having benefited from many improvements and lots of care over the last few years. She is sailed/cruised regularly, has had a recent full professional rigging inspection and tuning, and has had her interior and exterior upholstery just redone. 'Barefoot 2' has been recently anti-fouled and is cleaned regularly.
