'Revelia', my Cheoy Lee Sailboat is for Sale
By Owner Siavosh Dana

'Revelia' is a new yacht in a classic shell. So what do I meant by that?

Well, she is a 1975 Cheoy Lee ketch featuring original wooden masts (in mint condition) and has been fully refitted from top to bottom.

Yes, she is old, but effectively the only old parts remaining are the hull, the masts, booms and the stunning interior.

Over the past few years, she's been completely gutted and replaced with all new systems, as you will see in the following text.

She has been appointed "the most beautiful yacht of the harbour" in pretty much every bay we have been with her so far, and she sails like a charm; cutting through waves with ease and grace.

Waterline Length: 33’0"
Beam: 12’0"
Draft: 6’8”

Build date: 1974
Model year: 1975
Ballast: 10,000lbs lead

Sail area: 1,000ft2

It pains us to put her up for sale, but my partner and I both work full time from the boat and the layout of the boat, with its spacious main cabin, leaves one person to work in a pretty tight quarter. Otherwise, she is absolutely perfect for weekenders and liveaboards alike.

So if you are looking for a head-turner yacht with no projects, 'Revelia' is it.

We have parts for just about everything on board. We duly maintain and serviced all systems in the boat regularly.

We have lived aboard for the past 2 years and both worked our full-time jobs while mainly staying on anchor, generating our own power and water with renewable energy sources.

'Revelia' is ready to move in, unpack & sail through the Carribean and beyond.
