This Fountaine Pajot Lipari 41 is the sought after owners version (the 'Maestro' version) with the starboard hull dedicated to a spacious master cabin and heads. The port hull provides two very respectable guest cabins with shared heads. The voluminous cockpit is perfect for entertaining. Built in 2010, 'Coco Rose' has received many upgrades and improvements including new solar panels, solar arch and dinghy davits (2023), new bimini and side windows (2023), new ProFurl Furler C420 16M (Dec 2022), new Standing rigging (Dec 2022), new Running rigging (2023) and a new Spectra watermaker (2023).

She was last antifouled in 2023.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The layout offers up to 6 berths in cabins.

There is full standing headroom and good ventilation throughout.

The saloon has panoramic views through large windows surrounding the saloon, galley and nav station. The dining table is positioned to starboard with L-shape settees in brown leatherette. The nav station lies to port utilizing the end of the settee seating. The L-shaped galley lies to port and comes well-equipped with 4 burner Eno hob and oven, double stainless steel sink with pressurized hot and cold water and plenty of storage. The top loading Isotherm fridge with icebox freezer lies to starboard of the sliding door surrounded by more storage.

The starboard hull is dedicated as the master cabin with a queen size bed and plenty of locker storage. Desk/vanity area on the walk through to large well appointed shower room, wash basin and electric heads.

The two guest cabins on the port side both have queen beds and share a single head with manual Jabsco head, wash basin and shower stall.

All berths come with a Hella fan, fitted sheets and linen. Crockery & cutlery pots and pans included in galley.

Two 2010 Volvo Penta D1-30 30hp diesel engines. Port - 2703hrs, Starboard - 2624hrs. Starboard engine heat exchanger was replaced Feb 2024 and the Port engine heat exchanger was replaced in Nov 2023. Well maintained and in good running order, last serviced February 2024. Volvo 130S sail drive units with 2-bladed fixed pitch propellers and rope cutters.
